References to “Discipled”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean DISCIPLED LTD.

2. These terms

These terms apply when you use discipled.co.uk or purchase goods from us.

Please read these terms before placing an order. Nothing in them limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited, including your statutory consumer rights.

3. Products

We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, photography and device-display settings.

Product measurements and sizing information are provided as guidance. Please review the information shown on the relevant product page before ordering.

4. Prices and payment

The product price, any applicable taxes, delivery charge and total amount payable are displayed before you submit payment.

Prices include VAT where applicable. International duties, import taxes and customs-related charges are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

If an obvious pricing or product-information error is identified before dispatch, we will contact you. We will not dispatch at an incorrect price where the error should reasonably have been apparent. You may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

5. Placing and accepting an order

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected goods.

An order acknowledgement or payment confirmation confirms that we received the order; it does not mean that we have accepted it.

The contract between you and DISCIPLED LTD is formed when we send confirmation that the order has been dispatched.

We may take or authorise payment before accepting the order. If we cannot accept the order, we will cancel it and refund any amount taken.

6. Availability

All orders are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you and refund the unavailable item.

7. Delivery

Processing, delivery destinations, charges, estimates, tracking and international import charges are explained in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Cancellation and returns

Your change-of-mind cancellation rights and return process are explained in our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Faulty or misdescribed goods

Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose where required by applicable law.

If goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed, contact hello@discipled.co.uk. Nothing in these terms or our policies removes or restricts your statutory remedies.

10. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill.

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or breach of statutory consumer rights.

We supply products for private consumer use. We are not responsible for business losses where you use a product for commercial or resale purposes that we did not agree to.

11. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control. If such an event materially delays performance, we will contact you and take reasonable steps to minimise the effect. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

12. Personal information

We process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future orders. The terms applying to an order are those made available when that order is placed, unless a change is required by law.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of mandatory protections provided by the law of your country of residence. You may bring proceedings in any court available to you under applicable consumer law.
